There are some muscle anatomy issues on his arm that you should address. Mostly along the upper arm but overall should need more adjustment.
For facial hair, I would probably make sure to taper a bit more along the hairlines of all hair regions and texture in some sparse hair detail around the facial hair regions along the head (including normal map if needed). This should create a nice transition to the skin rather than a solid division between skin and hair. Right now, the facial hair makes it look like an action figure. If that is what you are not aiming for.
